LEATHER AND HAWGS LUNCH RIDE

Road Captain:
Byron Brown -- will be earning his RC badge with this first planned and led ride. 

Event Time:
Meet at 8:45 a.m.  
Kick Stands Up at 9:00 a.m 

Please have a full tank of fuel and be there early enough to get scanned into the event.

Depart Location:
MENARDS - IN GRIMES 

Event Details:
We will be taking a scenic ride to Soldier, Iowa to stop in at Leather and Hawgs for some shopping and then lunch at Midway Tavern.  This scenic tour 2 hours (approximate) ride will end with KSD in Soldier.  Byron has planned, pre-rode the route with one stop to stretch legs and other things.  Byron will be earning is Road Captain patch today and we  look forward to joining him on many more future rides.

Disclaimer:

Both members and non-members should check in with the road captain/event coordinator as soon as they arrive to the meeting location/event.  It is required that the non-member riders and passengers sign-in and sign the release waiver to participate in the chapter event.  Per our chapter charter, and for insurance reasons, we are required to have 1 more registered member over the guest count(i.e. 15 members and 14 guests) at an event.  In the event that we do not meet these guidelines the road captain or event coordinator will ask the last guest to sign in, who were not pre-registered on DSMHOG.COM, to not participate in this event.

Closed Event: Chapter activities are conducted primarily for the benefit of H.O.G. Chapter members. Closed Events are those events open to Chapter members and one guest per member.  All guests must sign an event release.
